Questions about this light

Is this crystal ball chandelier a main light or a statement accent?
Both, depending on size. Each faceted crystal sphere holds a G9 bulb at about 5W and is hand-polished to reflect and refract light, diffusing it through the room. The 18- and 24-head sizes can serve as the main light over a dining table or in a living room, while the 12-head suits smaller rooms or works as a focal accent.
Which size should I choose for my dining table or living room?
The 12-head is 24 in wide and 8 in tall (61 x 20 cm). The 18-head comes in 36, 48, 60 and 72 in diameters (91 to 183 cm), and the 24-head is 72 in wide and 11.8 in tall. Each crystal sphere is 4.3 in (11 cm). Choose a diameter well inside your table width; the 72 in sizes suit large open rooms.
Can the crystal ball chandelier be dimmed?
The fixture is listed as supporting bulb dimming, but the bulbs provided by default do not support dimming. To dim it, fit dimmable G9 bulbs and use a dimmer compatible with them; please contact us first so we can confirm the right setup. It runs on AC 110-240V with no driver required.
Can I get smoke gray crystals or a custom rod length?
Yes. Crystals are clear by default; smoke gray is available if you contact us or leave a message on the shopping cart page. The suspension rod length can also be customized to suit your ceiling height. Finishes are gold, black or polished nickel, and the fixture mounts to the ceiling.
How do I clean the crystal spheres and metal stems?
Switch off the power and let the bulbs cool. Wipe each crystal sphere with a soft, lint-free cloth, lightly dampened with water if needed, and dry it to keep the facets sparkling. Dust the metal stems with a dry microfiber cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners on the brass, black or nickel finish. The fixture is for indoor use.
