I just received this chandelier for my twin’s nursery and am very disappointed in the quality and customer service. There is a disproportionate number of holes in the bottom center ring and the crystals that are supposed to connect to it. Because of this, there’s a large gap in the bottom center portion of the chandelier. Additionally, many of the crystals are scratched and cracked. I have reached out to customer service twice but have received no response. The chandelier has the potential to be beautiful but the lack of quality control and assistance from customer service is a huge problem and it’s certainly not worth the price tag when you are dealing with multiple issues without resolution.

Installed in my dining room, absolutely gorgeous, it is an amazing chandelier and worth the money, crystals are so shining. Only need to hanging the crystals, and prepared bulbs in advance, easy to install. Love it!!!
Easy to install. Very impressed by the high quality. They look extremely classy and polished at this price. My family so far enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend.
